Hi Randy,
Have you read Daniel Statman's encounters with a noisy spindle motor?
Bryan made up a PCB for adding an inline filter for the parallel port
cable (see the SherlineCNC list). Other things to try are using a
single terminal strip for the computer and driver/PS box.
Also talk to Jeff. As you already know, he is quite helpful. Maybe his
newest PCB rev. would perform better in your setup?
