Yes, but this whole idea seems silly. I don't understand why a few
volts matters. If you are way over voltage then you have the wrong
transformer. If not, then 1 or 2 volts will not make any diffference.

If you want to get precise then build a regulated supply and adjust it
to the voltage you want.
