How about an older version of cad, I suggest Cadkey99 or TurboCad
(7.1). There is a seller on eBay with TurboCad V7.1 for $10 - seems to
have lots of copies. Check item #3668089742 - and others by same
seller. From your description, you don't need anything more, and this
saves a bundle.
