I had the same difficulty on one of my axis drives. I ended up using tensioner pulleys from an automotive shop normally used for
serpentine belts on the front of engines. They come with a bearing already pressed in but the only trick is the ID of the bearing is
an uncommon metric size. I wished to use a standard shoulder bolt to mount the pulleys and finally found an adapter to a common size
bore that worked great. If you go this way I could probably find the part number of the adapter.
