It'd be worth checking. I don't think they're let the source out
if they didn't want folks trading tweeks.

At the very worst you're free to share your own code, meaning whole
modules and functions you've written yourself - they are, after all
yours. It gety trickier trying to release the little mods, tweeks
and hooks in the existing code. Perhaps you can use "diff" to make
patches that can be applied, though that'd still require some context
code to be releases.

Idealy, you ought to be able to share your code with anyone who has
the source simply by zipping your changes with the same password.

I've very interested to hear what "they" have to say about it...
