Two things:

First, I will have a CNC soon, and I don't know G-code. I am a
programmer, and I expect to pick up the necessary parts pretty quickly,
but like everyone, I'm starting at zero.

Second, to get excellent dimensions for a DB connector, go to
http://www.digikey.com and search for DB connectors (A23301 is a
specific one I've used recently). Once at the item page for any
DBconnector by Amp, click on the technical/catalog info link, and then
on the technical drawings link. (I'd post a link here, but I think they
change with session IDs)
