Surplus Center just e-mailed me letting me know that they pulled the
box off of the UPS truck...so looks like I called them just in time!

Yeah, the 10-1723 looks like it may be my only choice right now
(affordably speaking)...I believe that I can fit 2.5:1 inside the
cover. I will have to make a 45° bracket that moves the motor off to
the right so that it clears the knee & I will have to redsign the
belt cover. I really didn't want to do that...but it sure beats
having a 14" log sticking out of the front ~ I think you read my
comments on that.

No offense taken....everything happens for a reason I suppose. Thanks
for the input.
