It's continuous, not peak. My motors are 28 in-lb continuous, and peak
at 112.6 in-lb.
The motors I have are Baldors, basically the MTE-4070-BLBCE (28 in-lb,
9.2A, 2500RPM, 150V, 7V/kRPM tach, 1000 cycle encoder)
