Andy,

I'm not an expert, and I havent put ballscrews on my Bport (yet) but a tool
& die maker friend "warned" me that when I do, the screws will be tighter in
manual mode than the acme's. Specifically, I think he meant when you first
start to turn the dials. Perhaps after they get rolling its easier?
