RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] SPINDLE INDEX PULSE

I've used an inductive prox probe, with a bit of steel pipe clamped over the
spindle. The "pulse" is about 30 degrees wide.

Works well from 0 to 2500rpm
