Thank you everyone for all of your answers and suggestions.

I now know a little more what it is that I need/want.


Color

Video output, no desire to use with a computer.

Small, so easily moved around. First duties will be in the shop, but want
to use it elsewhere such as showing bugs to the Grandkids. No need for a
Macro close up.

Zoom Lens prefer C mount.
I want to keep camera about 14-16 inches from item viewed, but desire to
zoom in and out for different fields of view.

If I use a camera with a 1/3" CCD, and it has a 3.5 to 8 mm, or a 6 to 15 mm

Zoom lens.

How do I determine the field of view at a given distance? Are there charts?
