Hi Ken;

I haven't solved the problem but I'd have to believe that people are
interested in such DIY tooling. To that end I'd suggest looking for a
water jet group for specfics with respect to DIY high pressure jets.
There are many things to consider, plain water versus slury feeds,
nozzle size, material stresses and other things. With the materials
you are talking about I'd wonder if you could get the results you want
with plain hydraulic hardware.

DO THINK SAFETY WHEN PLAYING WITH SUCH HARDWARE!!!

I'm sure you could get help here with the CNC end of things.
