Laser Distance Measure

OK, perhaps it's not exactly for the home builder but here goes anyway...
Can anyone recommend (from personal experience) a laser distance
measuring device that is accurate to 0.1mm per 4 metres (4thou per 13ft)?
We currently use a long tape measure to check the accuracy (on large
routers & mills) of angular to linear conversion in the CNC. A laser
rule would save on legging it during repeated checks.
