Tom,
Smaller CNC machines do NOT fit the stationary machinery exemption;
according to folks in authority we've talked to...
Until there are some example cases to set the REALITY of the rules;
you're taking a pretty big chance to BE one of those "test-cases"...
If that's a comedy; I wouldn't want to be caught laughing...
It's not a place I'd want to be as a small company. I'll let the
dust settle a bit. Pioneers have the arrows in 'em.
