develop the code posted.

The new ELS is almost done. I'm now doing the final finishing touches
to the circuit board and once that's done I'll post schematics, layouts
and software. I've already posted the reference part of the user manual
(The part that describes all the LCD user screens and parameters).
Still to be written is the actual usage part that takes an ELS owner
through the steps of Turning, cutting threads and also tapering.
