Silly idea, get a left handed drill between the point-to-point size
of the key and the root diameter of the setscrew.

Dill IN REVERSE until either the screw comes out or the ball stops
progress or the screw is gone. Get a "tap" drill for the set screw,
drill until you reach the shaft then use the dental pick to remove
the spring shaped metal threads. Pull the pulley.

Next time, use anti-seize on the threads, not epoxy glue <GRIN>.
