Chip control is alway a problem. Even Al chips can get warm when you are cutting at decent speeds. It's those 600 degree F. steel
chips that really get your attention and this normally leads to some kind of shielding.
Plexiglas, old automotive windows (safety glass), aluminum panels. The more automated a system gets the more shielding one can
tolerate. If one is also using decent amounts of coolant then containing the whole mess is a real challange. I'm not saying I've
got it fixed yet....but maybe someday. :-)
