My drivers claim 3.5amps! But yeah, just kidding.

Down on the 3rd page they compare the torque curves of their 1845, 1200 &
650 oz-in motors. They're using a microstepping driver, so that drops
torque by around 1/3rd.

On the 24v test the bigger motors lose torque fast; at about 200 RPM all the
motors have the same torque, so that's money well spent. Indeed, at those
speeds the 1200 motor (blue) actually performs worse than the 650 (black).

Upping the voltage to 48v makes the bigger drives happier, but note the
fairly flat curve the 650 motor has.

Don't assume that a bigger motor will work well, a smaller motor with a good
driver may easily outperform it in certain environments, and particularly
for the all-important 'bang for your buck' ratio.
