Please beware: A NEMA L14-20 Connector is a 120/240v 4 wire 1 phase
configuration. A NEMA L15-20 Connector is a 240v 4 wire 3 phase
configuration. They look almost the same but are NOT interchangeable.
They are designed to not fit each other.
