Andrew,

That's what I'm after (I think), be able to use a knob (handwheel) to
jog, and not loose track of the position. Otherwise (as using manual
handwheels), it's pointless.

And while we're at it, we need a canned routine to "Find the origin of
the stock" (like a corner).

Sounds like the MaxNC CL is quite an improvement. I guess the keyboard
jog is cheap! But for a little more...
