Only time I have that problem is when I forget to loosen the vertical way
lock.
This can be eliminated by using "fixed" bearing mounts on both ends of the
ball screw and putting in the antibacklash screw I didn't think you'd need.
Obviously all these problems have been solved, since someone is already
selling machines built that way.
