Hi Jon,

They did say that one machine would produce enough power to run a small
town. They did say they would need to bring these things down fairly
regularly - like when the winds dropped - and that they would then either
reel them in or fly them down under power but they didn't say anything about
having someone watching them all the time! Apparently they expect to fly
them at around 15000 feet where the winds are strong and steady in the
Southern hemisphere but there was some problem in defining an air exclusion
zone so planes don't fly into their cables.
