You are right: Attitude makes the difference.
And most of us people forget how much we owe to infrastructure
and how expensive it is.
Once installed a good infrastructure and developed a good quantity of
free companies in a democratic atmosphere. It starts to get an own
dynamics that isn't disturbed so mach anymore by politicians.
This is the lesson I learned in the last 9 years out of living 12 years in Costa Rica.
It would be nice if many of us would appreciate it more and would not forget it so often
and take everything for natural.
