Hi Drew:
My machine has a dedicated helical interpolation G code for right hand
helices (G12) and left hand helices (G13).
I think the Okuma control just needs a G02 or a G03 with a Z level change in
the same line to do a single helical turn.
I'm not sure about this but I think it needs a counter in the program to
generate multiple turns.
Other controls I have no idea.
