John,

A few years back a company up in Canada advertised they would "crack"
your software so the key was not needed. I believe their ads
addressed the very problem you had. It seemed to me they required
you to send the original disks which a pirate would not have, of
course. So in cases like yours, that would seem to be a legitimate
process to go through.

BTW, did Cadkey return your materials?

I also had a bad experience with the Cadkey people. I bought their
CAM product, called Cutting Edge. Those of us that purchased it
through a reputable machine dealer were assured this was to be one of
their mainline products and would be expanded and fully supported.
Not the case...they promptly dropped the product.
