If you have the documentation to back you up, it soounds to me like a VERY
WINNABLE lawsuit should be initiated.

Sometimes even the mere threat of a lawsuit will open their eyes and get you
some quick service. Just be sure to be "polite" and state only documented
facts when you mention theposibility of a lawsuit.
