Um, I hesitate to give advice, but in this case I must say, for your
own sake do not buy this mill. You will pay double (3x 4x?) the price
of the mill or more to have it shipped from the US to UK. Not to
mention waiting months and months for it to arrive. (IF IF it ever
does)
A copy (duplicator) mill ain't that unusual, and they are also not
desireable on the resale market.
Go find yourself a plain old vanilla vertical mill inside the
boundaries of your own country. If you really want to get into CNC or
home machining, don't wait to read an add "for sale", go out there and
knock on doors. You'll find one and you won't go broke or insane
getting it home. AND you will be able to recoup your investment if
you ever decide to sell.
