Related to this on a thread I saw recently regarding a company that "Had to
HAVE" equipment that would run identical in both the states and abroad, the
solution was (for 3 phase) to use VFD's! This way, the difference in the
voltage and frequency could be overcome and the equipment would run the
same speeds no matter which country they were in;_})
