Thing is this only gives the torque to move at very low speeds. I
suppose one could mount a drum on the screw, wrap it with several
turns of rope, hang weights and time how long it takes the weights
to hit the floor. Run the acceleration calc backwards and figure out
what kind of performace in possible with that torque.

Figuring out the safety factor for open loop stepper systems is still
an open question though.
