Request help from group

Hello list I am working on a project and need to request your assistance. I
am atempting to make a rotary turning table to be driven by an air cylinder
and I need to have the cylinder be retracted and then when fully extended
have the table have moved min 200 degrees or more. The problem I have run
into is when the cylinder has moved the table 180 degrees ( how do we
position the cylinder so that we would not need to stop remove the cylinder
and then retract the cylinder with it on the other side of center?

The table is a 1-1/2" thick plate cut round 14-15" in dia made of steel. I
have an arm stuck out one side to connect whatever to and the whole thing is
resting on some bearings for movment (similar to a car front axel).
