I have an air cylinder operated index table. It uses a ratchet and pawl
escapement. The maximum angle is limited to about 90 degrees. If the table
need only move in one direction you can use such a mechanism and fire it
twice for each 180.

If you need the table to return when the cylinder does then you could use a
2:1 gear increase - say fifty teeth on the table and 100 teeth on the gear
actuated by the cylinder as a crank. Put your stops on the table for
limiting rotation to 180 degrees.
