Almost any good pneumatic cylinder supplier will have a rotary cylinder.
Festo, Numatics, Bimba are just a few. I believe that Festo has a pneumatic
rotary table.

Had a few free minutes while waiting on other stuff to get started here.
Am sending a jpg of my sketch.
The sketch is only a section thru the cylinder portion which would be
mounted directly beneath your table.
If you have the table made already you might be able to adapt this idea by
simply boring out the bottom of your table for the center shaft and the
vane. The bottom section only needs to be thick enough to allow installing
the air fittings.
This design woould only add about 1/2 (or less) to your table height. Or
you could reduce the height of the table by the amount necessary for the
bottom plate.
For high speed operation, keep the air passage as small as possible. By
doing this, slow speed operation can be achieved using an adjustable air
exhaust port.
Hope this helps.
BTW....I haven't worked with a rotary type cylinder in a lot of years. The
best I can recall (if my memory is correct)as to who makes them would be
XLO.
