My comments are based on servos driven by EMC, but the code that handles
motion planning is the same. The default is that when one linear move is followed
by an orthogonal linear move, then when the first move begins to ramp velocity
down, the next move begins ramping velocity up. I'm sure you can control
this with parameters in the .ini file, but I think it has been decided that at some
point this should be controlled by a G-code. When the two moves are not
orthogonal, then the blending gets more complicated to describe.
