Re: Open Letter to Mariss

Its almost unheard of these days for a company to come straight out
and say "We know there's a problem, but we'll fix it."
Maybe I've gotten too cynical from working with computer hardware and
software, so often companies only admit to a problem after user
pressure reaches a critical point and then duck out on responsibility
and blame the users, most recent incident that comes to mind is Epson
and the ink fading on their 1270 "long print life" printers.
It seems that all the manufactuers and traders with a presence on
this forum have very good customer care and attitudes, but then I
don't suppose they'd last here 5 minutes if they did'nt :)
