$2000 for capsturn sound pretty resonable to me...considering what it seems
to be capable of. For similar functionality I've been quoted $3500 + by
other CAM vendors.

Email support is good enough..how does it matter which country it comes
from..it should be prompt and in English. So far I have had no problems.
Also, the amount of support you need depends on how well the program is
written etc.. I got going with capsturm within an hour with out much
problms. I did have some questions on the post which cadem guys emailed me
a post for my lathe the next day and free of charge.

Yes, I can understand some old timers ( like my boss he's 65+ ) prefer to
have the comfort of speaking to a human for support and are unable to work
with email support.
