At 0.2mm (0.0078") she's gonna be a tricky one no matter how you slice
'er.
If you can make the weeny little hole accurately, and if you can find a saw
skinny enough to cut the slots, you will have my eternal respect as a more
courageous tinkerer than me.
If I was making this puppy, I'd do it on a wire EDM.
