I can't tell for sure what the problem is, or even if there is one.
Note that, internally, EMC uses metric units. So, there is a tiny
bit of NON-cumulative error in the placement of extremely small
moves. Also, you can't really expect any machine less than a
DeVlieg jig bore to actually make repeatable moves in this range.

Are you talking about displayed position on the screen? then it
most certainly is the conversion to mm and back to inches.

As for freqmod, you need a computer faster than a P150 for that
version.
