Then the DRO is correct and not in error. The reason I'm asking is I'm
trying to determine if this is a hardware or software problem.
I had a hardware problem that I could not correct with open loop
steppers and changed to servo's with encoder feedback. Sometimes
stepper systems resonate and lose or gain steps.
