Stainless tubing/gun drill

Then you would have died laughing if you had seen me with bumper jack, Dodge
van, stack of 2x4s and a shotgun barrel.

Smoke is right as far as rifle barrles are concerned but shotgun barrels are
another matter since they are directed more by perception than sight. A good
shotgunner never sees the gun so it has to fit and shoot where it "feels"
like it should shoot. Excluding special purpose guns, that almost always
means straight

IIRC: Parker barrel fitters located their workbenches according the the
quality of light through the windows which made it easier to see if the
barrel was straight.
