Master5 will now correctly handle this type of move. It was just a
question of recalculating the feed rate automaticaly from the velocity and
acceleration settings of the A axis compared to the total move of the linear
axis. The problem actually was due to the calculation of the trajectory time
cycle being only tied to the X,Y,Z axis.
At least this way if someone wants to use A as a linear axis, there is no
problem.
