Group Description: SOME CHANGES

Group Description: This list is for discussion of CAD, CAM(CNC), EDM and DRO
ONLY. The list is aimed at the construction and use of this equipment in a
Home Shop Machinist environment. It is not moderated normally, but can be,
especially for content
I would hope that the discussion will consist of Links, sources, progress
reports, challenges, innovative solutions, and things of this nature, on the
above subjects.
It not aimed at the commercial professional systems, and their users in a
commercial setting.

NOTE: this is not a general machining List. It is restricted to the four
subjects of the list only. CAD,CAM(CNC),EDM and DRO. Anything else is

When asked to drop a subject, Please do so. Do not post to the list, contact
me with your ARGUMENTS/comments.

The reason for the restriction to four list subjects only is to keep the
postings within the lists topics only. Other topics are better posted
elsewhere. I would recoment that those that want other subjects covered join

This is a list that has a lot of members from this group, and welcomes other
topics.
I think the two groups can supplement each other very nicely.

I would also like to have some of the older members that understand why we
restrict OT posts help me, by contacting those that don't understand, why it
is this way.
