In that case I would suggest 4 pin car/trailer connectors (around
$10-$15/pair). On some (the metal ones) the shell serves as a
grounding point. If you are buying the plastic ones, car/trailer
connectors are also available in 6 and 7 pin varieties.

Other guys have suggested microphone connectors available at Radio
Shack, you'll have to check the voltage & current ratings...

I'm a bit amazed that your NEMA23's can take 7 amps....
