Hoyt,
I am familiar with v.3 and version 4 (with the HAM). Each is only 6
axes, max.(ver. 4 was sold as the "windows" version, AFAIK)
I just looked at the website, and there is no mention of 8 axes in
the IX/XQ windows version...
Could you elaborate on the "8 axis" indexer lpt, please?
Does it just use the p-ports more effectively, or what? (ver 3 and 4
have only 3 status register bits unused; per port. Were some
functions (per axis) removed in the 8 axis version?
