does this blade holder work in a pen plotter, or do you have a vinyl

I have the $75 one listed for Vinyl Express machines. It is adjustable for
depth/distance blade hangs out and uses the very common Roland blade. There
are some less expensive ones on the page as
well but not sure how good they are.
