I have been running files generated by Vector on EMC for a couple of years.
Works absolutely great. Are you using the Vector NC file that Fred created
for us? Are you attempting to use tool compensation? Have you increased your
output to 6 decimal places?
It is really hard to give you any help without seeing the complete file and
knowing where it hangs up. I would be glad to take a look if you send me a
problem file to timg@...
I know Fred has offered to help you though this problem if you just give him
a call.

Has anyone had any problems running vector files on EMC and geckos? I
can make the files and it starts running good and then stops after a
while on what appears top be good code. After it stops there is nothing
I can do to start again. If I push run again it goes back to start again
and stops in the same place. Bobcad files wont run at all. Desk engrave
files run good.
