The most likely places to look are at the coordinate systems or the g92
stuff. You can set the g92 to zero by moving the axis to where you know
zero to be and right click on the offending axis's position numbers. The
default value will be 0.0 and you can accept that by clicking the "ok"
button.
If the offending offset comes from the coordinate systems you should see
it when you pop up the script Set_Coordinates on the tkemc screen.
You could also edit these by hand using the view offsets and variables
menu popup. If you want no offsets all of these values should be 0.00000
except #5220 which normally should be 1.0000.
