Hi, yes teflon can be machined easily. It takes a well honed edge for a nice
clean cut. Watch the speed, too much speed can cause problems. Clamping too
heavy will cause cold forming/flow/distortion. Otherwise it cuts much like
UHMW.....most shops cut it without cutting fluid to prevent
contamination(food use equipment). cul brian f.
