Hi guys;
One solution would be to measure the OD of the threaded end of the ball nut,
and getting an appropriate timing belt pulley, (cog wheel), with an ID a smidge
smaller, and thread it to match the nut. You'd likely want to add a lock nut,
and stake it in several places, or do some sort of lock screw/Woodruf key. Add
a couple bearings on either end and a block with a couple, "ears", to hold the
assembly in place with the screw going through the, "ears". Attach the block
to the moving part, (table or gantry), and all that's left, is affixing the
ends of the screw to something solid, and driving the cog wheel with an
appropriate motor. Using some sort of hollow spindle jahotcho might work, too.
