MACHINE TOOL RECONDITIONING Book

I believe that I have emailed everyone who has sent an
email that they wanted to buy the subject book.

The books have been ordered and I am now collecting
money. Payment can be by personal check, money order,
or cashiers check. Sorry, no paypal. The cost when
using these methods of payment is $61 for one book
including postage and insurance for $50. Two books
would be $118 including postage and insurance is for
$100. If paying by the above methods, please send

OK. The above prices apply but in addition there is a
service charge of $2.15 for each book purchased. If
