Denis, sometimes you may have to ask the same question of the
different groups to improve responses based on the subject ground
rules and/or cut down on the sarcasm. You might approach each group
one at a time, though, when it becomes clear that your question
hasn't been answered. I also want to say that, based on my
experience, Tim Goldstein (your other respondent), will be more
patient with basic questions than some of the other salesmen I've
met in this and related groups (I'm not a salesman, I'm not related
to Tim, nor have I ever bought anything from Tim, or sold anything
